Children and young people in our community are vulnerable to all sorts of different pressures and challenges such as anxiety and depression, obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD), bereavement and family break-ups, low self-esteem, friendship issues and bullying, identity issues, anger or behavioural issues, self-harm or suicidal thoughts.
By promoting resilience and greater self-awareness, we aim to empower more positive life choices for the children and young people in our care and help them navigate through difficult and often challenging times.
Our unique approach is to intervene as soon as problems are identified and work with the child and their family for as long as it takes to put things right.
We provide our counselling and support services in schools throughout Essex and East London as well as in our dedicated counselling rooms in Billericay high street.
