We are looking to recruit a Communications and Fundraising Administrator whose main purpose will be to provide effective administrative and communications support to the Marketing and Fundraising Team.

Person Specification

The post requires someone who can manage a high degree of responsibility and who is confident working independently and creatively.  Candidates must have excellent organisational skills and be proficient at managing their time and priorities effectively. 

Key attributes for the role include:

  • Fully computer literate with excellent PC skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to self-organise, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure while paying attention to accuracy and detail.

The Marketing and Fundraising Team delivers various events and campaigns throughout the year and in this role, there is a requirement for occasional evening and weekend work to support the team.

​​​The role is based at our head office in Billericay High Street and ideally would be a full time (37 hours per week) position although some flexibility may be available for the right candidate.

Salary is between £29,000 and £31,000 depending on experience.

In-School Counsellors/Therapists

We are always looking to recruit experienced counsellors and therapists to our rapidly expanding team and look for well-qualified, experienced practitioners who are confident and competent in providing some or all of the interventions detailed below:

Therapy

  • 1:1 therapy to children and young people in school
  • Parental therapy
  • Process groups to students in primary and secondary setting
  • Staff therapy to school staff

Training

Are you confident in delivering to both small and large groups of children and young people? We have a comprehensive training programme, largely founded within a psychodynamic framework, and we need enthusiastic, engaging, knowledgeable therapists to deliver these programmes. You will have experience of delivering face to face training to children, young people and school staff.
